The Back to the Future movies confuse me
They really do! The first movie takes place in the present, 1985. But it’s almost 2011, so it’s technically the past. Then Marty McFly goes into the past, then the present (which is our past), then the future, then the past, then even more past, and I just can’t keep track of that craziness. The future is 2015, which is not really the future anymore. And we don’t have hover...
Still feeling kind of bummed but..
I’m watching my favorite movie of all time! It’s called Lady Jane, staring Helena Bonham Carter and Cary Elwes.
I love this movie and I love Helena Bonham Carter. Hell, if I can compare my personality to any “character”’ it would be to the historical Lady Jane Grey.
Tough, optionated, romantic, and deeply stupid.
A Serbian Celebration
We live above a boisterous Serbian family. Today they’re celebrating the family’s patron saint, which is Saint Nicholas. They’re having a big party with a lot of laughter and singing in their native language.
It’s really beautiful and it makes me smile.
Cookie Monster is on SNL!

Saturday night
Jason and I are arguing about the movie Seabiscuit. He thinks it’s fabulous and I think it’s boring.
Plus, Seabiscuit is a stupid name for a horse.
I WANT TO WATCH A HORROR MOVIE, GODDAMIT.
